FREE Delivery Terms

Delivery Options

  • Items marked as '✔ In Stock' are being delivered within an estimated 5-10 working days or the time frame given
  • All other items are being delivered within approximately 21 working days. (Delivery time is usually 8 – 10 days, but due to COVID, we estimate delays may occur)
  • Items marked as ‘ Out of Stock’ can still be purchased and will be delivered as soon as the item is back in stock

Delivery of Multiple Items

If your order has multiple items which are marked with different Delivery Options as stated above. Then each item will be delivered during its designated delivery time.

  • Example – Purchase of a Gaming Headset and a Divan Bed Set. The Headset will be delivered separately, in accordance to its time frame to the Divan Bed Set.

*Please note that deliveries to South West England may have longer lead times and we estimate up to an additional 7 working days may be added to the delivery options as stated above.

We only deliver our Gaming Headphones/Chairs to Scotland

2-Man Contactless Delivery (COVID-19 Safe)

For our larger products, we are operating a 2-Man Contactless Delivery (COVID-19 Safe) to the 'Room of choice' or 'Entrance of the property' if requested. Alternatively, the goods can be left outside in a safe place, for example; garage, shed etc.

A photo of the product will be taken at the property as proof or receipt and a signature will not be required from the customer

To ensure maximum safety, our drivers will be wearing face masks and regularly using hand sanitiser to wash their hands before entering the property.

*Please note that assembly of goods is not included or available at this current time.

How we get your order to you

Deliveries are carried out Monday to Friday, with the exception of some bank/national holidays. Please note; the day of delivery will be specified by our logistics partner. However, if this day is not convenient, they will work with you to re-arrange for an alternative date.

Delivery Costs

Free Delivery applies on orders to addresses within Mainland GB including Scotland unless stated.

Currently, we are not delivering to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Islands and Channel Islands. But, in the near future, we will be aiming to expand our deliveries to these locations.

Failed Delivery Fees

If your delivery has been booked in with our logistics partner and you miss the delivery, there will be a £50 re-delivery surcharge for the first item and a £10 surcharge for each additional item. (For the larger items)

Please check the product dimensions before placing your order to ensure the goods will fit into your home. If our logistics partner are not able to fulfil the delivery due to access restraints, it may result in a fee of up to 50% for each item to cover the costs of transportation, manufacturing and administration.

Cancellations of orders can only be accepted within the time frame given on our Cancellation & Returns page. Once the order has been processed and dispatched for delivery, the items are out of bounds and therefore a cancellation will not be accepted.
